All orders are processed within 24 Hours after your order is placed and payment is successfully confirmed.

Please note:

  • Orders are generally processed on business days only
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day
  • During high-demand periods, launches, sales, or festive seasons, processing times may be slightly extended

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation.


2. Shipping Methods Available

We currently offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping
  • Express Shipping (if applicable)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) (if applicable and available in select locations)

Available shipping methods may vary depending on your delivery location and what is shown at checkout.


3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times may vary based on your location, courier partner availability, and other logistical factors.

Estimated Delivery Timeline:

  • Metro Cities: 2 -3 Days
  • Other Cities / Towns: 5 - 6 Days
  • Remote / Rural Areas: 7 - 8 Days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated based on your order value, delivery location, and selected shipping method.

Shipping Charges:

  • Standard Shipping: 0
  • Express Shipping: 100 
  • Free Shipping: 250

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.


5. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS containing your:

  • Order details
  • Shipping confirmation
  • Tracking number
  • Courier partner information (if available)

You can use the tracking details to monitor the status of your shipment.

  • If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or address issues, reshipping charges may apply

7. Undelivered or Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend that you:

  1. Check with family members, neighbors, or your building security
  2. Contact the courier partner directly using the tracking number

We will assist you in investigating the issue; however, final resolution may depend on the courier partner’s delivery confirmation and internal claims process.
